This is to Giant's fans going. Eli Manning is a good quarterback, who had two great moments. He is not elite and not Hall-of-Fame bound. He's missed the playoffs the last 4 out of 5 years. He's about to lead the league in interceptions for a 3rd time (He's on pace to throw 40 by the way). He is consistently inconsistent. He will never be Peyton and shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath, talent-wise. Super Bowls don't equal Hall-of-Fame or elite status. He was on two average teams, that got hot at the right time. It wasn't all him, as the defenses had a lot to do with those 2 wins. But the losing - that's on him. Eli's bad decisions, coupled with more bad decisions, are what's doing the Giants in. Great quarterbacks don't make those throws all the time. Eli does. You're watching and you know he's going to make a mistake. He's done it his whole career. Back to the hot streak. Every player has a hot streak. Tim Tebow had a hot streak. Is he an elite QB? No. Eli Manning is a talented quarterback, but he's not and will never be what you expect him to be. Sorry.
