Here are four moves that should happen before the trading deadline:
1. Cleveland trades WR Josh Gordon to the San Francisco 49ers for a 2014 2nd round pick.
- Don't believe a word that comes out of Cleveland. They are looking to deal there number one pass catcher. In there mind, the bad out-ways the good. The 49ers are in need of someone who can stretch the field. He fits the bill perfectly, and they have an extra pick to give up in order to secure one of the league's budding stars.
2. The Falcons trade TE Tony Gonzalez to the Kansas City Chiefs for a conditional 5th round pick.
- Gonzalez came back to Atlanta to win a Super Bowl. That's just not going to happen with the underwhelming Falcons. Everyone is injured, and they are losing hope. The all-star tight end's original team is 5 - 0 and in need of chain-moving tight end. It's a match made in heaven...again.
3. The Jaguars sign QB Tim Tebow.
- Ok, I might be a Tebow - lover, but if you're the Jags, why the heck not? You have nothing to lose. Two things would happen. The team will still be terrible or they might rediscover the magic Tebow had in Denver.
4. The Patriots trade a 2014 4th round pick for Packer's DT B.J. Raji.
- This hypothetical trade is little bit of wishful thinking and dreaming. Raji is being misused in Green Bay. His lack of recent production has him on the bench. It so happens to be that the Pats are in the market for a big guy due to Vince Wilfork's season ending injury, and the banged up condition of Tommy Kelly. I think Belichick could get the most out of Raji if this trade would ever be considered a possibility.
